Evans, Elder & Brown, Inc. is a partnership consisting of Alan Evans, Jeff Elder and John Brown. The firm evolved from Prichard, Evans & Elder, Inc. which was founded by Sue Prichard and Alan Evans in 1987.  Jeff Elder joined the firm in 1993. Alan Evans and Jeff Elder have been actively engaged in Eugene-Springfield real estate for approximately thirty years. John Brown joined the firm in 2006 after a 28 year career as a commercial real estate appraiser with Duncan & Brown Real Estate Analysts.
