Irene Alltucker

Irene Alltucker joined Evans Elder & Brown in 2014, taking an unconventional path to the firm. Eager to utilize her background in marketing and management, she is drawing on her business experience and her deep roots in the community to serve her real estate clients. Always up to a challenge – whether it is selling, buying or leasing – she works hard to match the right property with the person.

Background and Experience

Irene graduated from OSU with a degree in Business Marketing with a focus on psychology and graphic design. After graduation she lived in the Bay Area and Puerto Rico, moving to Eugene in 1989.

Irene has worked executive positions in construction, small business and non-profits. In 2010 Irene seized the opportunity to achieve a long-standing dream of the Relief Nursery (a nationally recognized child abuse prevent agency) to expand services into Springfield, Oregon.  After three years of developing an incredible team of donors, architects, regulators and contractors in 2013 the Relief Nursery Robin Jaqua Child and Family Center opened.  She finds her management experience prepared her well for the challenging world of Commercial Real Estate – No two days are the same.

Community service is a cornerstone of Irene’s life. Her board service includes the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce, Cascade Manor Retirement Home, Oregon Festival of American Music, Arts and Business Alliance of Eugene, Junior League of Eugene, Oregon Community Foundation Arts for Western Oregon and Silva Endowment Committee, United Way of Lane County, Relief Nursery Board of Directors and Board of Stewards, Eugene Rotary Club and Eugene Country Club.

Irene was born in Seattle, Washington, graduated from high school in San Diego, California. Missing the Northwest, Irene chose to go to Oregon State University where she met her husband. Kevin is a professor at the University of Oregon. For over 25 years Irene and Kevin have called Eugene home.   They have two sons; Isaac is living and working in Portland, Oregon and their son Ezra is in college at George Washington University.
